Requirements
Minimum diploma in social work or related field with minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in the social sector
Other qualifications are also invited to apply, but must have minimum 5 years of working experience in the social sector
Good analytical and reasoning skills and experience in executing events
Strong oral and written skills
Effectively bi-lingual
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Meticulous and able to multi-task
Independent and results-oriented
Passionate to serve the elderly, needy and lesser-privileged communities
Sensitive and discreet in dealing with confidential matter
 
  Job Description:
  Assist Manager in the execution of programmes and services for the elderly, less-privileged community, youth and children:
Compile statistical reports for statutory compliance to NCSS, MCYS and MOH.
Conduct case work and home visits
Provides operational and logistical support to events and initiatives
Conducts evaluations and audits on programme and service
Compiles statistical reports for statutory compliance to comply with all statutory submissions eg. NCSS, MCYS.
Coordinates with volunteers
Assist in marketing, publicity and sponsorship to support programmes
   
Remarks:
We offer 5 days work week and an attractive remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
