Job Scope:
- To provide counseling & case management support for clients & their families
|

Key Job Responsibilities:
- To provide casework & counseling services to clients & their families
- To assess needs of clients & their families; and to formulate individualized service plans
- To provide Information & Referral to link clients & their families to services
- To ensure that the programs meet the mission, objectives & proposed procedures of case management services
|

Job Qualifications:
- Has either one or more of the following:-
- DEGREE in SOCIAL WORK or PSYCHOLOGY, or
- Is an ACCREDITED SOCIAL WORKER, or
- Is an ACCREDITED SOCIAL SERVICE PRACTITIONER
- Has approximately 2 years experience in the relevant field
- Is either Singapore citizen, or holder of relevant residency status
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral & written
- Has at least 3 years of continuous sobriety (applicable for ex-offenders)
